The H-STAR A6VM series is an aftermarket replacement variable displacement axial piston hydraulic motor with bent-axis design, compatible with Bosch Rexroth A6VM series (sizes 28-1000 cc/rev). This motor is designed for hydrostatic drives in both open and closed circuits, delivering high torque output with a wide control range that can be swiveled to zero displacement.

The bent-axis design provides superior starting torque, high power density, and excellent efficiency across a wide speed range. The displacement can be infinitely adjusted from Vg max to Vg min = 0, allowing the motor to meet both high-speed and high-torque requirements without gear shifting.

The A6VM series offers a wide variety of control devices to suit different application requirements:

Control oil is internally taken from the high-pressure side (port A or B). For reliable control, minimum operating pressure of 30 bar is required in A or B. Common control types for excavator travel drives: HD1 (basic hydraulic), HA2 (auto high-pressure with pressure increase), EP2 (electric proportional 24V). Common control types for drilling rig rotary heads: HD2 (hydraulic proportional reinforced), EP2 (electric proportional 24V). Common control types for winch drives: HA1 (auto high-pressure without increase), HZ3 (hydraulic two-point). Please specify your required control type when ordering. Different control types are not interchangeable.
