The H-STAR A6VE series is an aftermarket replacement variable displacement axial piston motor with bent-axis design, featuring a unique plug-in (insertion) mounting configuration for direct integration into mechanical gearboxes. This motor converts hydraulic pressure into rotational power for hydrostatic drives in both open and closed circuits.

The A6VE is specifically designed for mobile equipment travel drives where the motor is inserted directly into a planetary gearbox — eliminating external mounting, saving space, and reducing failure points. The recessed mounting flange on the center of the housing allows near-complete integration into the gearbox housing.

4. Elimination of Multi-Speed Gearbox The wide control range (Vg max to 0) often eliminates the need for a multi-speed gearbox,
reducing cost, weight, and failure points.

5. Optional Integrated Valves • Flushing and boost pressure valve: removes heat from closed circuit, maintains minimum charge
pressure (opening pressure 16 bar) • Counterbalance valve: integrated or attached, prevents runaway and provides braking
