• Surface Hardness Testing: Piston and slipper surface hardness verified (HRC 58-62 for piston, HRC 55-60 for slipper plate)

• Boost Pump Performance Test: Charge pump flow and pressure verified at rated speed
• Relief Valve Calibration: High-pressure relief valves set and tested at specified pressure
• Pressure Cut-off Test: Cut-off function verified at adjustable setting
• Full-Load Pressure Test: Post-assembly pressure test at nominal pressure (400 bar) for 30 minutes to verify sealing, internal leakage, and performance
• Neutral Position Test: Swashplate zero-position verified for smooth flow reversal without pressure spikes
